Today I want to tell you about another Beauty Balm – the Sorbet “get that feeling” BB Cream:

The Sorbet beauty range is a collaboration between Clicks and Sorbet Beauty Salons so that you can enjoy a pampering experience in the comfort of your home.

Sorbet’s Beauty Balm promises flawless, radiant skin with a lightweight formulation. It contains reflective mineral pigments as well as a fair amount of silicone, which helps to minimise the appearance of pores –  making this Beauty Balm perfect to double up as a primer too!

Another ingredient of this BB Cream is Boerhavia diffusa root extract, a botanical antioxidant with great anti-inflammatory properties, which will help to calm down any redness on your skin.

Sorbet’s BB Cream now comes in 4 different shades: 01 light, 02 light, medium and dark.

The darkest shade, again, is not super dark. So unfortunately it doesn’t really cater for everyone, but I found the 02 light shade to suit my (not super light) skin perfectly 🙂

It comes in a pretty “dirty rose” coloured tube, and it’s quite hard wearing (basically it passed the test of surviving my crazy handbag on several occasions.. lol).

This beauty balm is slightly fragranced, but nothing too overpowering.

It also has the much required SPF 15 – simply can’t go without it these days!!.

The cream has a thick-ish consistency, with a velvety feel and little definitely goes a long way. It also offers great coverage for a BB Cream.

The dense hydrating formulation might put off someone with an oily complexion, but I found that it was quickly absorbed and left my skin feeling hydrated without looking shiny.

The finish could be described as dewy-looking, and it gave my skin a beautiful healthy-looking glow!

Final Thoughts: This is definitely my favourite Beauty Balm to date!!

I love how it hydrates and keeps my skin feeling hydrated, and I absolutely have to use it as a primer when I apply my evening looks! 

The cream states that it will even your tone, brighten your skin and provide 24 hr hydration, and this was definitely my experience!!
