As you may know by now, I am not a big fan of jars when it comes to lotions and creams, because of the hygiene issue.. But if you’re disciplined enough to use a spatula (and disinfect your spatula after each use), this cross contamination issue can be sufficiently avoided for you to benefit from this luxurious moisturiser.
It comes in a sturdy, semi-transparent thick plastic jar, in almost kind of a teardrop shape (very attractive) and the lid is the range’s distinctive red colour.
The delicious sweet candy fragrance again features in this product, and I just love how my face smells (for quite a while) after applying it! 😉
The formulation is thick and velvety, but non-oily and quickly absorbs into your skin.
Final Thoughts: Because I have more of a dry skin since I entered into my 30’s, I love the nourishing feel of this Day Cream!
My skin feels like its been “fed” and treated after applying this moisturiser, and the additional feeling that its “protected” from harsh environmental elements by this Day Cream also lasts well into the day.
I would definitely recommend this Day Cream for anyone over the age of 25, which is an ideal age to start utilising anti-aging products. Not only to treat, but also to prevent those pesky “side-effects” of ageing 😉

Ha-ha Claire with the Hair! Yes, I also thought of them as old fashioned until recently. Maybe it was because they have been around since for ever, or their previous (old) packaging.. But they have really turned over a new leaf over the last couple years, with stunning packaging as well as products that REALLY impress!!
Ponds stuff is pretty good. I’ve used their Rejuvinees (however you spell it) moisturizer.
