Emmy Philander – Maternity Shoot MakeUp & Hair Styling
I did MakeUp and Hair on Emmy for her Maternity Shoot at the end of a very busy Saturday and very busy week. So my energy levels were a bit low. But as I always do, I didn’t want to give her any less than the very best of me. And even though I was exhausted afterwards, I was so excited to see that my last little push on that day resulted in adding to these amazingly beautiful photos!!
Emmy’s MakeUp
I used some warm browns from my Urban Decay Naked 3 palette on Emmy’s eyes. As well as a golden highlighter from L.A. Girl on the inner corners of her lids. I also added Mascara and a couple of individual temporary eyelash clusters. And then I finished off her look with some bronzer and the same highlighter on all the right spots for the perfect glow.
Emmy’s Hair
Emmy wanted to wear her hair loose, so I added some beach waves to soften up her long, dead straight hair. This worked well on it’s own, but also paired beautifully with the flower crown that she wore for some of the shots.
