My creation today is nothing new or innovative.. but it was inspired by my upcoming trip to Aquila Game Reserve this weekend…

I know I live in South Africa, which is probably synonymous with Game Drives to visitors from other countries.. But I have never been on a guided Game Drive.. And I am Super Excited!!!!

So this is me.. getting into the spirit with some Leopard Print nails:

I started with my clear base coat, and then a coat of gold by Yu Xuan Nail Polish.

Next I roughly dotted on a “darker” gold, using Autumn in NY – Rich Gold by R[EVOL]UTION nail enamel.

I then roughly lined the borders of my spots using Tip Top NailChic – Black Forrest and a thin nail art brush.

And as the last step, added a bit of gold glitter inside each spot, and carefully finished of with my top coat.

This was actually my first Leopard Print creation, eventhough the design has been going round for eons already… lol

Aquila is actually one of the few places where you can see the famous big 5 legends of the wilderness – elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino – all in one drive.. so I’ll be sure to see some proper Leopard spots on this trip! 😉
