Andriette Moolman Newborn Shoot MakeUp & Hair Styling
A little while back I had the privilege of doing MakeUp & Hair on Andriette Moolman for her Newborn Shoot!
This famous young woman was just as beautiful inside as out, and really such a humble person.
Andriette’s MakeUp
Andriette has these amazingly gorgeous blue eyes, which I complimented with some dusty rose shade eye shadows. I also created some depth with a grape shade in the crease and outer corners of her eyes. While I kept the lid of her eye a lighter neutral colour and highlighted the inner corners of her eye.
Palette used: MAC cool neutral eyeshadow palette
As usual I did a natural looking coverage for her using my Airbrush Foundation from Kryolan. Before softly sculpting her cheeks with a subtle bronzer and a beige pink shade of blush
Blush used: Mocha – Powder Blush from MAC
Keeping to the floral pinks, I matched her lip colour to one of the more intense shades in the flowers on her dress.
To create this colour: I used Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour 810 Plum Show with just a little bit of Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour 110 Blush mixed in to tone down the colour slightly.
Andriette’s Hair
Andriette brought along some clip in extensions from her wedding, which she wanted me to use to create a bit more volume & length in her hair. After carefully attaching the extensions, I then curled them together with her own hair into beautiful loose curly waves.
She also wore a beautiful flower crown – that imitated the flower pattern on her dress – for some of the photos.
